Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | Choice Becomes Habit

When we want to create new habits, it’s natural to wish we could easily and rapidly integrate them into our lives. The choices we make – whether they support our goals like eating when we’re hungry, or work against our goals, like overeating – become habits when they are repeated over and over again.

Before a choice can become a habit, it first requires us to move through the uncomfortable phase that comes along with habit change. In this episode, I share an analogy to show how choosing to commit to a habit is something we do naturally in many spheres of our lives, and that applying it to our health isn’t as complicated as it may sometimes seem.
