Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | Release Emotional Hunger

In last week’s episode, we talked about befriending hunger and getting objective about what hunger really feels like, so you can form a new relationship with the different degrees of hunger we feel. So today, we’re taking this work a step further, getting clear on the differences between physical and emotional hunger, so you can avoid eating when what you really need is another form of nourishment.

Emotional hunger and physical hunger can feel similar, but by the end of this episode, you’ll know how to spot the difference, and how to release emotional hunger so you always feel in control and never have to worry about getting too hungry ever again.

Tune in this week to discover my simple steps for recognizing emotional hunger, and then releasing it. I’m sharing how this shows up for my clients using real-life examples, and how to use what we already know about befriending hunger to transform how food, or a lack of it, makes you feel.
