I used to look at women who were naturally thin and be so perplexed about how they did it. I could understand those women who struggled and counted calories and did exercise programs, but when it came to those women who were effortlessly thin, I just couldn’t get it.
I’ve done some crazy diets and forms of restricted eating over the years, and my relationship with food has been terrible. But now I have an amazing relationship with hunger, and it’s all down to learning about the concept of ‘The Buckets’. Trust me when I say that the only reason you are or are not losing weight is because of one of these buckets.
