Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | It’s In The Doing

So many of you are doers – you get things done. You know the result you want in a job or a project you want done, and you go after it. But when it comes to losing weight, you intellectually know it’s in the doing, yet find yourself instead passively consuming all the information surrounding weight loss.

Endless researching, information gathering and passively consuming the latest diet trends doesn’t create effortless weight loss. In fact, the more information you gather and the more you obsess, the harder it gets to lose weight. You need to let go of the need for perfection, embrace trial and error and get to the doing.

Tune in this week to learn why you must be willing to embrace trial and error and live “in the doing.” There is one reason you aren’t living “in the doing” and I’m showing you what that is, and why living in it is the only way to become your Naturally Thin self.

If you want to stay focused and on track with the doing, come and join us in the Naturally Thin For Life program. You’ll learn to implement the tools and concepts I teach to only eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full, and become Naturally Thin For Life. Click here to join the program today.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Why trial and error is crucial in becoming Naturally Thin.
  • How to teach your brain that you don’t need food to distract yourself from an emotional experience.
  • The only thing holding you back from doing.
  • Why procrastinating feels worse than actually doing.
  • The only reason you ever overeat.
  • Why knowing information doesn’t equal doing something.
