So many of you are doers – you get things done. You know the result you want in a job or a project you want done, and you go after it. But when it comes to losing weight, you intellectually know it’s in the doing, yet find yourself instead passively consuming all the information surrounding weight loss.

Endless researching, information gathering and passively consuming the latest diet trends doesn’t create effortless weight loss.
