Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | Insomnia and Restless Sleep

A bad night of sleep can affect a lot — our productivity, stress levels, and even our health. But the one thing it doesn’t have to affect is our weight loss journey. For years I dealt with insomnia. It’d take me hours to fall asleep or I’d wake up in the middle of the night feeling restless and annoyed.

In this episode, I share my ever-evolving tactics for falling (and staying) asleep and break them down into three categories: before bed, in bed, and the next day. I include approaches on how to structurally set yourself up before bed, disassociate your ability to lose weight with your ability to fall asleep, and create a pre-plan for the day following a bad night’s rest.
