Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | Thin and Strong

I have always wanted to look strong. I wanted to have muscle definition, and I thought this meant I had to do P90X forever. But I didn’t want that to be the way that I had to live, so I was on a mission to find out how I could be both thin and strong.

I now consider myself to be quite strong. I easily carry 80 pounds of toddler around with me, have defined arm muscles, and can do more push-ups than pretty much any woman I know. I don’t hit the gym or count macros, yet I’m thin and strong, and the same is possible for you.
