Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | The Land of Done

I hear a lot of people talking about the struggle they face to lose weight, and then the “maintenance mode” that comes after they have lost it. It suggests that you have to learn how to lose weight and then learn how to maintain it, and I refuse to believe that for the rest of my life.

I hate the phrase “maintenance mode” because it implies that you will always struggle in your weight loss journey, which is simply not true. There is a “Land of Done” when you are Naturally Thin, and the magic that exists there has a direct correlation to the work you do on yourself.
