A Loving Discipline

There are many different ways to define discipline, and when it comes to becoming Naturally Thin, we tend to think we need to come from a place of restriction and deprivation, and we’re hard on ourselves to achieve our goal. We’re generally not disciplining ourselves from a place of love.

So many of us look at women who are thin and think that they have reached that place without effort or hardship. But discipline is required to become Naturally Thin, the difference is that the emotion driving it comes from a place of love and compassion for yourself.

Join me this week as I show you a different way to think about and use discipline in your Naturally Thin journey. I’m sharing how to move towards a loving discipline and why having a loving discipline requires so much less energy to achieve your goal.
