This is a question I’ve grappled with often. And I’d like to start off by saying that the number on the scale won’t instantly make you happier. Reflecting on my own experiences, I’ve realized that losing weight didn’t always make me feel better. For me, it’s about achieving a sense of overall well-being, both physically and emotionally.
My relationship with food has transformed over time, leading to less obsession and more genuine enjoyment. This doesn’t mean I’m ecstatic all the time, but I do experience a deeper, more consistent sense of contentment.
