So often, we confuse joy and pleasure. When we enjoy something, we take delight or pleasure in an activity or occasion. Joy isn’t something you go out and get, it is something you generate. And when we take pleasure in something, we are getting enjoyment. But when you are out of balance, it can lead to a host of perhaps undesirable results.
