Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | Thin Habits

Do you know what thin habits are? Thin habits are so often misunderstood, and we learn a lot about what we think they are, but we are often mistaken. So this week, I’m debunking the myths and sharing a framework you can use to create thin habits in your life.

Most of us only know how to “habit swap.” We eat carrots instead of chips, we run instead of walk, and we drink tea instead of soda. But creating thin habits does not mean habit swapping. There is one common thread among ALL thin habits, and it has nothing to do with food.

When you feel so alive, vibrant, and energized in your body, you will automatically start to create thin habits. In this episode, I’m showing you how to deliberately decide your thin habits and no longer swap habits in a way that you believe is serving you. Hear how to know if you have reached your maximum capacity for habit swapping and some questions to ask yourself to start thinking about thin habits in your own life.
