Are you tired of nothing ever being good enough? This is something that is so pervasive for us perfectionists, overthinkers, and overanalyzers. We constantly feel like we’re chasing, and we end up feeling frantic and exhausted. It all comes from the habit of thinking that nothing is ever good enough.
I have spent most of my life living with this habit, and wearing what I call, “not good enough” glasses. Nothing is ever good enough, and I have used that to fuel change in my life. But it has left me feeling exhausted and tired of being myself.
In this episode, I’m sharing what the not good enough habit is and how to become aware of where it’s showing up in your life. I’m showing you why this has become a habit for you and giving you a three-step process to change your not good enough habit once and for all.
I’m hosting a special live training on July, 28th, 2022 at 12pm noon and I would love for you to join. It’s called How to Break Any Eating Habit, and I’ll be walking you through a step-by-step process to develop the eating habits you want. Click here to sign up now.
