Naturally Thin for Life | Sarah's Journey to Chilling Out

Over the next two weeks, I’m sharing some stories to help inspire you on your Naturally Thin journey, and I’m kicking off with an amazing story from Sarah. She has a story that can’t help but inspire you, and she is a comedian so get ready for her quick, high-energy wit!

Sarah struggled with her weight since she was a young girl and recalls reading a diet book as early as 10 years old. She is a triplet, so she had the constant visual comparison of her body to her sisters’ bodies, and this took a toll. She has worked through eating disorders and joins me to share how she learned to manage her mindset and create more calm and freedom in her life.
