One of the common fears I hear from women in the Naturally Thin for Life program that I have also experienced myself is the fear of what other people might think when we lose the weight. What if people hate me when I am thin? What if they judge me for how I eat and look? 

Fearing what other people will think about you when you make a change isn’t silly or stupid, it’s a normal human reaction. And acknowledging your fears about what you imagine other people will think about you will ensure you don’t end up sabotaging yourself.
