Naturally Thin for Life with Laura Dixon | What I Would Tell My Past Self

I was thinking a lot about what I wanted to share with you on episode 100, and I decided that I wanted to bring you an interview with my past self. The past version of me feels so different from the version of me now, so I wanted to share what I would tell my past self to help you if you are struggling with the same things I was.

I used to feel hopeless all of the time, struggling when I got on the scale and exerting so much effort trying to lose weight yet still not seeing the scale move. I never seemed to feel how I wanted to feel in my body, and I didn’t know where I was going wrong. It felt like the harder and harder I tried, the harder it got to lose weight.
