Making Friends with Hunger

You must end the love/hate relationship with hunger.

On the one hand, hunger annoys you, it distracts you and you want it to just go away because you are trying to restrict and it is a lot easier to not eat when hunger isn’t present.

And then on the other hand, when hunger appears it means you can finally give yourself “permission” to eat. You look forward to feeling hungry and can’t wait for it to arrive because then you get to finally enjoy yourself.

But this love/hate relationship results in a constant battle for you.

And it must end in order to be Naturally Thin which NEVER requires a battle.

Making friends with hunger is the difference between restriction and freedom.
