how to not give up

How many times have you started a new diet or program only to find yourself giving up weeks or months in?

Ummm…me! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

I would tell myself…when I lose the weight, then it will be easy.

I will be certain I can lose the weight AFTER I actually have lost it.

This might make sense logically but it is the opposite of how we actually create sustained change in our life.

I was watching an interview Tony Robbins did with two super successful online marketers, Frank Kern and John Reese.

John Reese broke the internet “4 minute mile” by being the first person to make $1,000,000 in ONE DAY online.

And then many people did it shortly after him.

Similar to Roger Bannister, who broke the 4 minute mile (the actual one!), after Roger had broken that record 37 other people did in a very short time after him.

How is that possible?

It wasn’t because the potential wasn’t there all along…both for the other people that made $1,000,000 in one day on the internet and those other people that broke the 4 minute mile.

It was because they saw the possibility for themselves in someone who had done what they wanted to do.

They believed it was possible BEFORE they accomplished it.

To live a thin woman’s life effortlessly, we have to start to think like her before we see the number on the scale.

We have to believe it is not only possible, but certain.

And then it becomes inevitable and easy.

I share more about how to do this and the science behind why it work’s in this week’s podcast.
